Return & Refund Policy

At Fun Demons, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Opened products

  • Collectibles that have been used or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Trading Cards & Collectibles

Due to the nature of collectible products, all sales of trading cards, booster boxes, graded cards, Funko Pops, figures, and collectibles are final.

We cannot guarantee specific card pulls, box contents, or manufacturing conditions of sealed products.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
